Surgery is a major procedure. It can be undoubtedly a little nerve-wracking, especially if it’s your first surgery. Choosing our private post-operative care service can help take away some of the anxiety by reassuring you that a professional team of licensed nurses and nursing assistants will take care of the details for you. You don’t need to recover alone. Even if you have someone to care for you, having a licensed professional with experience specific to plastic surgery recovery will give you the peace of mind needed and allow you to only focus on your recovery and rest. Our private nurses always support your surgeons plan of care and will educate you and your support person on what to expect as you heal. Our team of licensed professionals are trained to recognize the early signs of complications and act in your best interest quickly and effectively.

The time of services starts when the client is picked up by Nurse Massi's Concierge from the surgery center. In order for you to receive the most out of the post-op care provided by the RN please request the surgery center to schedule your procedure in the morning.

Please book all packages for your ACTUAL surgery date. If your surgery date is unavailable on the calendar, please text us to confirm availability. A $300 deposit is required to book a package. Clients are required to pay the remaining balance one week prior to the start of services. Failure to fulfill payment will result in cancellation. Payments can be made using Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. Cash payments are not accepted. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE PHOTO ID submission is required to book all services. Identification provided must match the card used to book or the deposit fee will be forfeited and the appointment canceled. All packages require companionship. If you are planning to travel alone, you must get prior approval.

Our central location for services is any residency within 10 minutes of the surgery center. If your lodging is more than 10 minutes from the surgery center, your services WILL BE CANCELED. Services will be canceled without the issuance of a refund if lodging is outside acceptable jurisdiction without prior approval. In order to get complimentary (no charge) post-op transportation services, your lodging must be within 10 minutes of your surgery center.
